TheFacts.nz (“The Facts”) collects your personal information when you visit, browse or register as a Supporter.  Your details will be collected, stored/secured, used and disclosed in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.

We collect this information in order to maintain a database of Supporters, visitor information and traffic data.

You have a right to ask for a copy of any personal information that we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.  If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us via the website.

TheFacts will install software updates to the website as they become available.  No system is perfect and there can be vulnerabilities that can be exploited despite our best efforts. TheFacts cannot guarantee that the site will be secure at all times and from cyberattacks despite our efforts.
